Quill is a reading and publishing platform operated by Senoj Enterprises LLC. By using Quill you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Quill
You need an account to follow creators, save works, buy coins, or publish. Accounts are created and managed through Senoj sign-in, which is shared across Senoj products. You must meet the minimum age for your region, and some works are restricted by content rating and may require age verification before you can read them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Manage your password, sessions, and account details through your Senoj account settings. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Works you publish
You keep ownership of the works you publish on Quill. By publishing, you give Quill a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your work on the platform and in places that link back to it, for as long as you keep it published. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post, and for following the Content Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not post anything illegal or anything you do not have the rights to.
- Do not harass other people or try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not misrepresent who you are or impersonate a creator.
- Follow the Content Policy, which is part of these terms.
Coins and purchases
Coins are a prepaid balance you use to tip creators, unlock chapters, and buy from shops across Senoj products. Coins are a license to access things on the platform. They are not a bank deposit, they are not transferable outside Senoj, and they have no cash value except where the law requires otherwise. Prices, packs, and bonus offers can change. When purchases go live, the checkout and refund terms shown at the time of purchase will apply.
Creator earnings and payouts
Creators earn a share of the coins their readers spend, on the terms shown in the creator studio. Payouts are made through the shared Senoj wallet and its payment partners, subject to identity and tax checks and any minimum payout amount. Quill may hold or reverse earnings tied to fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Content from other people
Quill hosts works and comments from many creators and readers. We do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for them. If something breaks the rules, you can report it, and we can remove it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Quill at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Content Policy, or where we are required to by law. Some terms keep applying after your account ends, such as the sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability.
Disclaimers and liability
Quill is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Senoj Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Quill grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the product. Continuing to use Quill after a change means you accept the updated terms.
