This policy explains what Quill collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Quill is operated by Senoj Enterprises LLC and shares sign-in and a wallet with other Senoj products.
What we collect
- Account information from Senoj sign-in, such as your username, email, and whether your email or age is verified.
- Activity on Quill, such as the works you follow, save, read, and the comments and tips you make.
- Device and usage information, such as your browser type and basic analytics about how pages are used.
How we use it
- To run the service, sign you in, and remember where you are in a work.
- To recommend works and show you relevant rankings.
- To process coin purchases, tips, and creator payouts.
- To keep Quill safe, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Senoj shared services
Sign-in and your coin wallet are provided by Senoj and shared across Senoj products, so the account and balance you use on Quill are the same ones you use elsewhere in the Senoj family. Account management, including password, sessions, and account deletion, is handled in your Senoj account settings.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your reading preferences such as theme and reading mode, and measure basic usage. You can clear these through your browser, though some features may not work as well afterward.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run Quill, such as hosting and payment partners, and with other Senoj products where you have a shared account. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect people on the platform.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your account information through your Senoj account settings at account.senoj.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data, including the right to a copy of it or to object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to run the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Younger readers
Quill is not meant for children below the minimum age for their region. Some works carry teen and young-adult ratings, and adult works require age verification. We do not knowingly collect information from children below the minimum age, and we remove it if we learn we have.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure. Keep your sign-in private and let us know if you notice anything wrong with your account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Quill grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the product.
